Dhanmondi Old Eidgah at Sat Masjid Road is the another sign of historical place. It was constructed by,Mir Abdul Qasim Dewan by the order of Prince Shah Suja, Mughal viceroy of Bengal, second son of Emperor Shahjahan. A Persian inscription records the date of its erection in 1640 AD.
